Culture is the way. The way we connect with others and the way others help us connect to the inspiring person we can all be. Joe lives, walks, talks (and, as an Ironman Triathlete, runs, swims, and bikes) with the core knowledge that culture, when unleashed, transforms people and business to produce unmatched performance.
Cultivating and driving human potential has long been Joe’s passion as a service-focused leader — as well as in his roles as a husband, father, friend, and athlete. With this purpose Joe has built, led, and grown world-class organizations focused on serving employees, customers, and communities. He founded the CVI Power Foundation, which supports various community charitable organizations all over the world.
Prior to Culture Partners, Joe led Corporate Visions to record company growth along with record Customer and Employee NPS scores over his ten years at the helm. Additionally, he executed multiple successful add-on acquisitions and two private equity transactions with Hammond, Kennedy & Whitney and Sentinel Capital Partners. In 2018, he was inducted into the HKW Hall of Fame for demonstrating exceptional leadership, talent, integrity, and remarkable shareholder return.
Since 2010 Joe has completed 14 Ironman races, which includes the Ironman World Championships in Kona, Hawaii in 2013, 2015, 2018, and 2022.
Joe studied marketing at California State University, Hayward, and earned a B.A. in Management from the University of Phoenix. He also has completed multiple executive education courses from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley, Stanford School of Business, and Santa Clara University’s Leavey School of Business.
